My induction is one week away! And I am oh so excited and nervous... everything is ready for baby Kaedrianna. Her clothes and blankets are washed, folded and waiting for her. I just washed, line dried, and folded all of her cloth diapers yesterday :) She probably wont be in them until her cord stump falls off though, around two weeks old. We got new vinyl in the kitchen (it REALLY needed it!), and everything inside has been scrubbed down. Josh is supposed to finish detailing the PT Cruiser tomorrow morning. I cleaned one seat and shampooed the floor mats, his job is to finish the seats and clean all of the plastic surfaces. Her carseat has been washed, the swing is out of the closet, the cradle has clean bedding on it, the playpen is set up... the only thing we have left to do is put together her bouncy seat. Her diaper bag is packed, and I really can't wait to see her in her coming home outfit! The weather has been so warm lately that I'm thinking Kade wont get to wear any of her cold weather outfits... when we were shopping to buy her clothes I was thinking that it would probably be chilly through March, but there is no way she would have been comfy in fleece or velour yesterday! The nursery in the back is still a bit of a mess, but we don't really use it much anyway. And the biggest thing that I wanted to get done (that didn't) was the front porch needed to be screened in, but we're still waiting on the finances to get that done! And hopefully we're also going to be able to get part of the yard fenced in for Kyson. He absolutely LOVES being outside! I've started to try to put him to bed a little earlier in hopes that he would still sleep until 8am... but as he was up at 6:50 the last two days I don't think it's going to work out as well as I had hoped :/ oh well, as least he is usually a happy smiley baby in the mornings! :)

Happy Valentines Day!! Today I am thankful for my wonderful husband, my healthy, smiling (even if he does currently have a cold, hence the laying down on the couch) 15 month old baby boy, and a healthy pregnancy. Really, really thankful. I truly do love my life right now. There are certainly specific aspects that are not picture perfect, but every time I step back for a few seconds I realize how unbelievably blessed we are. I can't wait to meet Kaedrianna. To snuggle her, and feed her, and tackle cloth diapering a newborn. I can't wait to see her all dressed in pink with a headband on, to see her first smile, and hear her first giggle. All the while still enjoying my awesome hubby and son :) In 6 days I will be considered full term, which means that I will start kicking my self into high gear physically! Scrubbing couches, walls, the refrigerator, steam cleaning the carpets, organizing the closet in the nursery. Right now, every time I push myself a little (walking around walmart for an hour) and I start to feel more contractions (still just Braxton Hicks), I always get a little scared and slow myself down. 3 weeks until we can induce! We're still not 100% sure about it yet, but it's still exciting to know that we can definitely see her in as little as three more weeks!!

Josh and I are leaving Kyson with his Aunt Tab and Nana for a one night get-a-way!! We're pretty excited about getting out of the house for awhile... the plan is to go to Medieval Times (live act and dinner, we've been once before when we were dating), then to go see a movie (chic-flick :)), then a one night stay in a hotel, where I don't have to make the bed in the morning!! Depending on what we feel like, we will either go to a late breakfast (probably at IHOP, cause that's my favorite) or an early lunch at Bahama Breeze, which is one of the pricier sit down restaurants (without going to Atlanta, plus we love love love their food!). We'll probably head home after that, mainly because their are not that many activities a 35 weeks pregnant lady can partake in :/ Hopefully we will return well rested, with Joshua ready to tackle his work week and some kind of biggish projects around the house, and me ready to finish up the last month of this pregnancy and get the house cleaned and organized!!

The countdown continues! We are not so patiently awaiting the arrival of Miss Kaedrianna Danielle... it still seems as if time is speeding fast and slowly dragging all at once. Ky is growing up sooo fast, and this pregnancy is going by rather slowly (BUT being off bed rest helps a ton with that!)! I wouldn't change anything though, life is pretty blissful right now :)
